Anyone else love a good cheat sheet?

I know I do, and this one outlines a few easy ways to boost your confidence, which I sometimes struggle with.

When my 21-year marriage ended, it threw me for a loop.  I took myself to therapy and put in the work to get myself back on track.

So these are easy to implement ways to give yourself a little boost if you need one!
